VNTR is a global community offering an investor platform, an exclusive club, a syndicate, a secondary marketplace, and a network of 30+ chapters with over 5,000 active members. The mission is to build the world's largest trusted investor community, providing a secure and collaborative space for investors to connect, co-invest, and grow together. The Chapter Director plays a vital role in developing and expanding the VNTR investor community within their region. As a super-connector, you will foster the growth of the local venture capital ecosystem and deliver premium services and high-quality investment opportunities to VNTR members. As a VNTR Chapter Director, you will represent your region as VNTR's key representative, build a thriving local investor community by hosting exclusive investor events, position yourself as a leader within the venture ecosystem, master community building, enhance your skills in various areas, learn VC fundamentals, launch a regional micro-fund in partnership with VNTR, and participate in exclusive annual events tailored for Chapter Directors. Ideal candidates for this role include entrepreneurs with proven experience or successful exits, professionals passionate about Venture Capital, community builders, and aspiring VC leaders. Preferred qualifications include a strong network, public speaking expertise, and experience in partnerships or ecosystem development. Chapter Directors can earn profit-sharing from various revenue streams generated through chapter activities, such as event sponsorships, corporate partnerships, VNTR Club memberships, syndicated deals, secondary marketplace transactions, and regional fund leadership. Responsibilities include building a leading investor community, hosting exclusive events, developing strategic partnerships, onboarding and supporting members, driving revenue growth, facilitating member connections, sharing investment opportunities, and syndicating funds. The role requires a minimum 2-year leadership commitment as a VNTR Chapter Director, and a 10+ year commitment if leading a VNTR VC fund. Candidates should have established passive income or financial stability to sustain their efforts during the initial two years of building a VNTR chapter.
