As an Oracle HCM Developer, you will be responsible for working on the Oracle HCM Cloud platform, performing analysis, troubleshooting issues, and delivering solutions via service desk requests and wider business projects. Your key responsibilities will include documenting current and future state scenarios, design, and configurations, triaging production issues, coordinating with multiple teams for problem analysis, and collaborating with HR and IT teams on testing activities for system-wide updates, upgrades, quarterly releases, and patches. You will also be tasked with developing medium to complex OTBI/BI Publisher reports, performing user profile management tasks manually or through Rest APIs and Postman UI, and handling HCM Data Loader and HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader tasks for various business objects. Your role will involve supporting the application lifecycle based on detailed requirements and guidance from senior engineers/architects and management. To be successful in this role, you must have worked in at least two Oracle Fusion HCM implementations or data conversions projects. Mandatory expertise is required in Core HR, Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Oracle Learn, and Talent Management. You should possess strong knowledge and experience in configuring Redwood UI and using VB Studio, as well as configuring and implementing Oracle HCM Journeys. Experience with Fast Formulas for ORC and other modules is desirable. Additionally, you must have excellent knowledge of security, roles, and privileges in Oracle Fusion HCM, along with experience working with OTBI/BI Publisher reports and integrations between Oracle Fusion HCM and other external cloud-based systems. Technical writing skills for requirements, design and configuration documents, and test plans are essential, as well as experience with personalizations using HCM Experience Design Studio and Page Composer. Knowledge of Groovy Script is desirable. A successful candidate will be required to work out of our Pune India office. Flexibility to align where possible to have overlap with EMEA and Americas team members will also be important. The role will involve working independently and as part of a team to solve production issues raised by the business, work on changes to the system and work on project deliverables as larger areas of Oracle are deployed. Activities may include: Requirements gathering, investigation and research, document writing, configuration, demonstration, testing, deployment. University Degree. Information Technology, MIS, Computer Science, Math, Business Analytics, Quantitative Business Analysis, or related field preferred.
