VAYUZ Technologies - Java Developer - Microservices Architecture

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based microservices solutions.
• Build and integrate services leveraging Kafka for real-time event streaming.
• Participate in solution design discussions, ensuring scalable and robust architecture.
• Handle end-to-end deployment of applications into production environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams following Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices, code reviews, and design improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with quick turnaround.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 10- 12 years of overall software development experience with strong proficiency in Java (8/11/17).
• Proven expertise in Microservices design, development, integration, and deployment.
• Hands-on knowledge of Apache Kafka (topics, producers, consumers, partitions, replication).
• Experience in production deployments and managing distributed applications.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Hibernate/JPA.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) preferred.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design scalable solutions.
  

Good To Have

• Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
• Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
• Exposure to domain-driven design (DDD).
