We are seeking a well-spoken, enthusiastic, and tech-savvy Telecaller to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients, explaining our technology-driven solutions, and generating qualified leads for the sales team. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads. Understand the client’s needs and match them with appropriate solutions. Schedule meetings or demos for the sales or technical team. Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in CRM tools. Follow up with leads via phone and email to drive engagement. Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and conversion. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in tele calling, telesales, or customer outreach (1–3 years preferred). Ability to understand and explain technology products or solutions. Confident, persuasive, and energetic on calls. Good listener with the ability to identify client pain points. Basic knowledge of CRM tools, email communication, and Microsoft Office. Graduate in any discipline. Bonus Points For: Experience in Solar industry, Electrical industry, climate tech, clean tech, HVAC, or air purification industry. Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic, tech-savvy, and result-oriented Sales Executive/Manager to drive sales for our suite of clean-tech solutions — including air purification systems, rooftop solar plants, and EV chargers. This role is ideal for someone who understands environmental technologies and can confidently engage clients across sectors. Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities for: Air Purification & Monitoring Solutions Solar Rooftop and Ground-Mounted Projects EV Chargers (AC & DC Fast Chargers) Pitch technical solutions to residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional clients. Conduct client meetings, product demos, and site assessments (where applicable). Generate leads through field visits, networking, telecalling, and digital channels. Understand client requirements and propose suitable products and customized solutions. Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and sales presentations. Follow up on leads, close deals, and ensure timely project coordination. Maintain and update CRM/Excel records of prospects, deals, and pipeline. Report regularly on targets, achievements, and market insights. Required Skills 2–5 years of B2B/B2C sales experience, preferably in clean tech, HVAC, solar, or related sectors. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Technical understanding of solar, EV charging, or air purification is a plus. Ability to work independently and meet monthly/quarterly targets. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and email communication. Willing to travel locally or regionally for client meetings/site visits. Bonus Points For: Experience selling to hospitals, schools, industries, real estate or government departments. Knowledge of net metering, solar subsidies, EV charging policies, or indoor air quality standards. Existing network of facility managers, consultants, architects, or builders.
