Roles & Responsibilities • Own the end-to-end delivery of the MMS modernization project in fixed-price mode. • Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and risk mitigation plans. • Manage a cross-functional development team (backend, frontend, data engineering, DevOps). • Align with enterprise architects and ensure integration with systems like SAP, P6, SuccessFactors, and Etimesheet. • Monitor and report on project health, including budget burn, sprint velocity, and delivery KPIs. • Drive accountability across engineering, QA, DevOps, and data teams to meet aggressive deadlines. • Ensure high standards of security, performance, and data compliance across systems. • Escalate risks and blockers proactively and resolve with stakeholders. • Oversee UAT, deployment, and transition to operations/support. Education and Experience The candidate should be BE/B TECH in Mechanical / Production Engineering from Reputed college. 10 to 15 years of Experience in engineering design of terminal equipment related to steel processing, cold rolling mill or related to Mechanical equipment & machines (material handling, heavy engineering) Candidate worked in multinational company will be an added advantage. Background, Skills, and Competencies Auto CAD 2D, Autodesk Inventor for 3D Modelling Should have worked in Product Data Management Tools (like Vault) Engineering drawings skill and Mechanical design calculations knowledge Should have worked on PID and have knowledge of instruments used in process lines.
