## *Job Summary:* The HR Manager at PSP/Vatsalyagram will lead and manage all aspects of Human Resources operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee engagement, retention, performance management, compliance, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will uphold the values of the institution while aligning HR strategies to support the organization’s mission and growth. --- ## *Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):* ### *1. HR Operations & Administration* * Oversee the entire HR function including employee database management, documentation, HRMS (if applicable), and leave/attendance tracking. * Maintain accurate employee records (joining documents, ID cards, contracts, etc.). * Implement HR policies and ensure smooth daily operations. ### *2. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding* * Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection. * Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements. * Lead induction and onboarding programs for new employees to ensure smooth integration. ### *3. Payroll & Compliance* * Process monthly payroll in coordination with accounts and finance. * Ensure timely submission of PF, ESI, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements. * Handle salary structure design, income tax declarations, and reimbursements. ### *4. Employee Engagement & Retention* * Design and implement employee welfare programs and motivational activities. * Conduct regular one-on-one and team meetings to understand employee needs and concerns. * Develop and implement strategies to increase employee satisfaction and reduce attrition. ### *5. Performance Management* * Drive the performance appraisal process and ensure timely feedback mechanisms. * Create and maintain KRAs/KPIs in consultation with team leads. * Identify high performers and work on talent development and succession planning. ### *6. Policy Development & Compliance* * Develop, update, and implement HR policies, SOPs, and code of conduct aligned with organizational values. * Ensure compliance with labor laws and handle any legal HR-related matters. * Handle grievance redressal, disciplinary actions, and exit interviews. ### *7.
