Additionally, you will play a key role in areas such as VAT, Transfer Pricing, Insurance, and direct taxes. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the timely and accurate consolidation of financial statements for all subsidiaries, preparing financial statements in accordance with IFRS, supporting local GAAP filings for Swedish and Danish entities, reviewing monthly reporting packages, administering changes in the consolidation system, and driving consistency and quality in monthly reporting. You will also be involved in VAT and Indirect Tax Management, Internal Control Systems (ICS), and Insurance and Risk Management. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or Economics, with a preference for being a Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, ACCA, or holding an MBA in Finance from a reputable institution. You should have 5-8 years of experience in financial accounting and consolidation, reporting, or audit, ideally with prior experience in multinational corporations or Big 4 audit firms. Proficiency in consolidation tools such as SAP BPC, Oracle HFM, or OneStream, as well as advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint, are required. Familiarity with SIX Swiss Exchange or other international reporting standards is a plus, along with experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
