Search Engine Optimization Specialist
Location: Remote Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week) Pay : INR 35,000/month We’re looking for a Technical SEO Specialist who brings not only skill but passion, creativity, and a strong sense of ownership to the role. You don’t need years of experience to apply, but you must be someone who learns fast, manages yourself well, and brings fresh, creative approaches to SEO. (Research, manage, ideate on your own - and you're the right pick) Experience in AI is a big plus here What will you do: Develop incredible briefs, landing pages, and images through AI-assisted prompting and development systems (This is highly desirable for us Audit, analyze, and optimize websites for SEO performance, crawlability, and ranking improvements. Work on SEO for platforms including Webflow, WordPress/Elementor, and Shopify (must be confident navigating and optimizing in these). Improve technical aspects of SEO, including page speed, mobile optimization, structured data, and internal linking. Use AI tools and prompt engineering (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, SurferSEO) to ideate and develop content strategies. Collaborate with our design and dev teams to ensure SEO is baked into site structure, UX, and frontend code. Research keywords, competitors, and content gaps to drive results. Monitor rankings and performance using tools like Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc. Stay ahead of trends and algorithm changes, and experiment with new approaches. for both SEO and GEO What We’re Looking For Someone who is highly creative , self-managed , and doesn’t wait to be told what to do. Comfortable working remotely , independently, and within a distributed team. Hands-on working knowledge of Webflow, WordPress, and Shopify (this is required). A solid understanding of technical and on-page SEO concepts. A VERY DEEP curiosity around AI-powered content creation and prompting . Good eye for how content, design, and structure affect SEO. Basic familiarity with HTML/CSS/JS as it relates to SEO is a plus. An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make improvements.
