Position: Marketing Executive Experience: 0–1 Years Location: Garg Architects, Sector-9, Panchkula (Haryana) About the Role We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to oversee and coordinate the Publications Wing and Prints Wing of our company. This role involves managing the production, quality, and timely release of all marketing materials in both digital and print formats, ensuring they align with our brand and communication goals. Key Responsibilities Publications Wing Plan, schedule, and coordinate the release of company publications (digital newsletters, brochures, project profiles, etc.). Work closely with the design and content teams to maintain brand consistency in all publications. Assist in content editing and proofreading to ensure high-quality deliverables. Prints Wing Coordinate the production and printing of marketing materials such as flyers, posters, banners, and exhibition displays. Liaise with vendors, printers, and suppliers to ensure quality standards and timely deliveries. Monitor inventory of printed materials and manage restocking requirements. Additional Duties Maintain a publication and print schedule to ensure timely execution of campaigns. Track and report on the performance and reach of marketing materials.
