Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Project Manager. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for project coordination, management, budgeting, design and procurement. They will also be responsible for various activities including planning, managing resources, and ensuring the timely completion of projects. This is an on-site role with the Head Office located in Andheri East, Mumbai. Our current projects are located at various locations in Mumbai and Pune. The role will be a blend of Management, Procurement, Architectural designing and execution. Qualifications and Skills Project Coordination and Construction Project Management skills Constant Following up with the site execution team to ensure the project milestones are completed on time Coordination with all project consultants on board – Design Architect, Liason Architect, RCC, MEP, IGBC, Landscape, Façade, Vastu, Legal Advocates etc - crosschecking plans in detail and giving feedback for improvements Architectural designing on AutoCAD. Negotiating with vendors for procurement of material Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture or related field Experience in the real estate industry, preferably in residential and commercial projects Leadership skills and ability to work well in a team environment Office Timings are 9.30am to 6pm Mondays to Saturdays (2nd and 4th Saturday Holidays). There might be some Sundays where site visits are being carried out which shall be informed with prior notice.

With a legacy rooted in quality, trust, and integrity, we are looking for a dedicated Accounts Executive to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day accounting operations including data entry, bank reconciliations, and ledger management. Filing of Income Tax Returns, GST Returns, and other statutory compliances. Manage banking transactions, prepare loan documents, and coordinate with banks for disbursements or queries. Oversee vendor payments, invoicing, TDS deductions, and vendor reconciliations. Maintain and update financial records, reports, and audit documentation. Assist in budgeting, cash flow projections, and internal financial reporting. Coordinate with external consultants (CAs, auditors, tax advisors) for timely compliance. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field (B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / similar). 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, taxation, and finance. Prior experience in a real estate firm will be a significant advantage. Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software. Solid understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory frameworks. Good communication and organizational skills. Work Schedule: Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM Days: Monday to Saturday Weekly Off: 2nd and 4th Saturdays
