Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Fresher located in Chennai. The role involves identifying potential business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing strategies to increase the reach of Varsav Academy's educational offerings. The candidate will assist in creating proposals, coordinating with teams, maintaining client records, and supporting overall business development efforts to meet growth targets. Qualifications Ability in market research, identifying potential leads, and contributing to business growth initiatives Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Basic understanding of sales and customer relationship management Proficiency in documentation, MS Office tools, and basic reporting skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
