Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Chemical Engineering, or related technical field (MBA preferred). 5–10 years of experience in B2B marketing or technical sales in industrial chemicals or electrical insulation products. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Willingness to travel across India and internationally for exhibitions and client meetings. Familiarity with insulating varnish, wire enamel, or resin industry is a strong advantage. Preferred Attributes Technically conversant with insulation systems, IEC standards, and varnish application processes. Experience in handling OEM and MNC clients. Strategic thinker with an execution-focused mindset.
