You should have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HVAC installation, with a strong knowledge of HVAC systems installation being essential. Your role will involve managing labor and materials efficiently. Effective communication skills in both the local language and English are required as you will be interacting with client representatives, architects, consultants, etc., at the site. Proficiency in drafting and communication in English is crucial. Your responsibilities will include various procedures such as preparing Bar Charts/Completion Schedules, Request for Information (RFI), Variation Statements, and annexures for invoicing. Knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred for this role. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. A Bachelor's degree is preferred for this role. The work location will be on-site.
