You are invited to join a Leading Manufacturing Company as a Quality Inspector. With a minimum of one year of experience in quality control and assurance practices, you will be responsible for inspecting and measuring materials, components, and finished products using precision tools. Your expertise in attribute and variable gauges will be instrumental in evaluating product quality and ensuring adherence to defined tolerances and quality standards. Utilizing your basic computer skills, you will document and report quality findings accurately. Your key responsibilities will include recording inspection data digitally, maintaining detailed reports, and promptly addressing any deviations from quality requirements. Your proficiency in precise measurements and understanding of calibration requirements for measurement tools will be crucial. You will also play a vital role in reporting quality issues, non-conformities, and potential risks to relevant departments, aiding in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a Diploma in Mechanical, along with a minimum of 1 year of experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in computer software for documentation purposes (such as MS Office and data entry) is essential. Hands-on experience with attribute and variable gauges like micrometers, Vernier Calipers, and Height gauges is required. A fundamental understanding of quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) processes, standards, and documentation will be beneficial. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule.
