Contract Management: Individually support and perform contract management activities for Legal and Business Teams, Compliance Professionals, and other stakeholders. Manage contract processes for various agreements (e.g., CDAs, consultancy agreements, vendor agreements, MSAs) in direct collaboration with global legal teams. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents (commercial, clinical, etc.) in alignment with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. Utilize internal tools and follow established processes to ensure compliance operations. Data Privacy: Ensure compliance with global data privacy regulations (DPDPA, GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, and other applicable laws) Manage data processing agreements and third-party vendor privacy assessments Support on the conduct of privacy impact assessments for new projects, systems, and processes Support on responding to and managing data subject access requests in accordance with applicable regulations Advise stakeholders on privacy-by-design principles for new products and services Support on the development, implementation, and maintenance privacy policies, procedures, and notices Monitor privacy compliance across the organization through regular audits and assessments Collaborate with IT Security, Global Data Privacy Officer and the legal team on data protection measures and incident response Provide training sessions and materials to raise data privacy awareness among employees Your profile... Bachelors degree in law; additional certification in data privacy (CIPP/A, CIPM, or equivalent) beneficial Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract negotiation Experience in data privacy compliance Experience in a global company preferred Strong written and oral communication as well as negotiation skills. Attention to detail and ability to work independently. Proficiency in legal drafting and contract review. Knowledge of data privacy frameworks, compliance processes, and tools Experience with privacy impact assessments and data mapping beneficial Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The Material Master Analyst is a key player in the Document Control/Configuration Management Team. This position is responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and management of material master data in SAP. This role works under the direction of the global Regulatory Compliance Manager within the Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance Compliance Organization. Your Role - Create and maintain records contained in the SAP material master, bills of material (BOM), routers and part numbers to support new products, plant-to-plant product transfers, and changes to existing products Manage assignments from the engineering change order (ECO) work flow in an efficient and on-time manner Perform mass updates as required Make and document changes in SAP and manage workflow for inactive/obsolescence of BOM and individual part numbers as products are discontinued or revised Participation in projects and implementations across the business related to SAP material master data Develop templates and product structures within SAP as needed to achieve harmonization across the company Perform continuous audits of material master data to assure accuracy within SAP Audit manufacturing functions to BOM to assure accuracy Resolve and correct any issues using proper procedures identified by audits Work with individuals and teams throughout the business to support SAP material master issues in an efficient and customer-service focused manner Report on where-used, inventory storage locations, routers and unique part numbers to support SKU rationalization Document work instructions for assigned responsibilities Additional responsibilities may include: Complete ECO and release products to the production floor Crosstrain and provide coverage for document control, other configuration management duties, and labels as required by the business Identify, analyze and propose changes to the BOM creation process to improve efficiencies across the department Learn and understand the global regulations that govern the product portfolio Required 3 +years of relevant experience in Material Master Bachelor's degree and SAP certification desired

Your Role... Performs product inspection and/or audits of quality control programs. Performs packaging line and manufacturing inspections, and sampling and testing of incoming components and raw materials. Ensures raw materials, in-process and finished products meet company standards. May apply approval or rejection labels to bulk raw materials once analytical data is evaluated. May draft procedures and assist with validating or troubleshooting testing methods, including assays. May assess draft and final label copy, using knowledge of labelling regulations. Minimizes down time by reducing production rework and recalls. Your Profile... Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering Possess in-depth knowledge about the IQC Equipment’s, CMM, Calipers, Height Gauge, Image Dimension Measurements etc. Expertise in CMM(Mitutoyo) Interpret and apply GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) to validate parts. Ability to read Engineering drawings and create inspection Plans and Programs. Conduct hands-on inspection of machined parts, ensuring high accuracy measurements and adherence to quality standards.
