Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for an Engineering Manager. The Engineering Manager will lead and manage a team of engineers responsible for product development, implementation, and maintenance. The role involves overseeing design, development, testing, and deployment processes, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines. The Engineering Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide technical guidance, manage resources, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Leadership and team management skills, including experience in leading engineering teams Proficiency in software development practices and methodologies Experience with project management, including planning, prioritizing, and executing tasks Strong technical skills in programming languages and software development tools Excellent communication and collaboration skills Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities Experience in the finance or investment industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
