Handle on-ground logistics, vendor management, scheduling, and client requirements . Ensure smooth event flow & audience experience . 💰 Payout Compensation as per contract (event-to-event basis). Percentage-based payout depending on program size & responsibilities . Additional performance bonuses may apply. 📲 Work Mode On-ground presence required at event locations.
