You are a skilled and dedicated Panchakarma Therapist, responsible for administering Ayurvedic detoxification therapies to ensure patient comfort and satisfaction. Your role involves hands-on experience with various Panchakarma procedures, a deep understanding of Ayurveda principles, and a compassionate approach to holistic healing. Your key responsibilities include administering Panchakarma therapies such as Abhyanga, Shirodhara, Basti, Vamana, Nasya, and Virechana as prescribed by the doctor. You are responsible for preparing and applying herbal oils, pastes, and other Panchakarma materials while maintaining strict hygiene and safety protocols during treatments. Patient care is paramount in your role, where you provide personalized care, monitor patient responses, educate them on post-therapy care and lifestyle changes for better treatment outcomes. Ensuring patient comfort and addressing concerns during therapy sessions are crucial aspects of your responsibilities. You are also in charge of preparing and maintaining therapy rooms, equipment, and materials for Panchakarma procedures. It is your duty to ensure cleanliness, sterility of tools, and therapy spaces while managing the inventory of oils, herbs, and consumables required for therapies. Documenting the therapies administered, patient responses, and observations accurately is essential. You will coordinate with Ayurveda doctors and nursing staff for seamless patient care and report any patient discomfort or unusual reactions to the supervising doctor immediately. To qualify for this role, you need certification in Panchakarma therapy from a recognized institute and a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role. In-depth knowledge of Panchakarma procedures, Ayurvedic principles, strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a compassionate, patient-focused, and detail-oriented approach are required.
