Job Summary Quality Documentation specialist reviews vendor documentation to ensure compliance with purchase order and prepare/ review Customer document packet to ensure compliance to Customer Purchase order. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Review and approve vendor Documentation -CMTR s (Chemical, Mechanical, NDE, Corrosion, Painting . . etc) by comparison with material specification to assure compliance with ASME Code , Purchase Order and Emerson Quality Assurance requirements. Contacts Suppliers of documentation on deficiencies by interface with Supplier Quality Management personnel to delineate and clarify specification requirements and recommend correction action. Responsible for the review and approval of Supplier Documentation to assure that all purchased material, equipment and services confirm procurement specifications. Prepares and reviews Customer documentation packet. Ensure they are compliant to customer PO before uploading to Emerson portal. Investigates and initiates necessary corrective actions for documentation related to Customer/ internal complaints and collaborates with respective parties for improvements. Job Summary: Responsible for managing intercompany orders received from other Flow Control locations. Coordinate with other world area PM/PA s in Asia pacific for smooth transition of project requirements from the order receiving sales office to our internal teams. Facilitate timely resolution of customer site complaints by working with collaborators (Plant Quality) & CSN team In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Review incoming orders (commercial and technical) and ensure that they are received in line with what was quoted. Report abnormalities and seek appropriate corrections from the respective collaborator Plan and implement project kick-off meetings and provide clarity to plant team on customer requirements Ensure right specification and document approval are in place for entire Operations team to implement the orders. Ensure timely submission of trade compliance documents for Incoterms closure/ sales recognition by closely working with logistics team and with customer appointed forwarders Ensure to dispatch importation documents for destination clearance/customer site after getting vital endorsement from Chambers/Embassy and other project specific documents from Project Management Team. Handle or validate sale order details in oracle transactions before providing shipment clearance to logistics Who You Are: You establish clear responsibilities and processes for monitoring work and measuring results, build and deliver solutions that meet customer expectations and credit others for their contributions and accomplishments. For This Role, You Will Need: Degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical, Instrumentation or Chemical Engineering. Minimum of 4 to 5 years work experience in similar industry and products Having project management experience in valve or related products will be an added advantage. Job Description: Senior Technician Mechanical is responsible to support the effective implementation of Mars supply excellence standard requirements. Key responsibilities: Accountable for all planned mechanical maintenance tasks (scheduled & emergent) relevant to dry/wet pet food process, packaging, utilities rotating, and ancillary equipment includes solids conveying equipment, liquids transfer pumps, hydraulic systems, Fall protection equipment, HVAC and fire protection systems Perform Routine PM checks includes clean, inspect, lubricate, vibration & temperature measurements on designated static/rotating equipment s and recording of all readings includes preliminary reportage on found conditions. Perform complete overhauling of power transmission devices, electro pneumatic cylinders, rebuild/refurbishment of equipment and supports Centre-lining of machines Permitting compliance with safety requirements, liaison and coordination with other functions to execute breakdown and progressive maintenance tasks. Ensures equipment, materials and pneumatic, electrical/manual tools are on-hand for work execution. Reports resources and time utilized, job scope expansion, rework or deferred maintenance as required, also keeping all tasks & activities logged and up-dated in SAP PM tool. Responsible for implementation of 5S in the work area Ensure legal and company compliance for process and Packaging equipment and upkeep of all records. Provide line support, including attendance at relevant ops/technical day review meetings and shift Handover Meetings. Quality of line support to be assessed by feedback from Operations at year-End appraisal. Ensuring mechanical spare parts availability for scheduled and projected jobs inclusive of spare inventory (physical) checking and stock inspections and preliminary liaison with Suppliers and Vendors for proposals etc. Maintenance spends of his respective area not to exceed Operating Plan. Progress to Be tracked every period including use of commitment. Swift action to resolve breakdown during shifts and Perform the Root cause Analysis of breakdowns and come up with plans to eliminate the re-occurrence of breakdowns. Maintains MTBF & MTTR records and equipment history cards data to be logged. Mechanical Problems trouble-shooting, produce data for BDA/Basic Root Cause Analysis and Development of Solution Participates in the technical change management process. Document startup processes during installation of mechanical components on existing and new Plant equipment Always ensure all safe working practices around Moving and static equipment includes pneumatic, hydraulic, explosion, pressure vessels/pipelines/valves being followed Offering suggestions and Own Energy conservation, cost reduction, quality improvement activities Role in Plant emergency organization.
