About the Role The Solutions Engineer, DSP at PubMatic drives the success of DSPs launches and platform integrations. The Solution Engineer is deployed for strategic DSPs launches to ensure that the implementation of platform products is completed on-schedule and successfully, and leads the tracking of technical escalations after launch. Position: Sales Engineer Location: MIDC Department: Krohne Marshall The Sales team in Krohne Marshall serves customers in 3 verticals - oil and gas, water and general industries. The sales team is responsible to promote the Krohne Marshall products across India, provide techno-commercial guidance to the branch sales teams and conduct product promotions and presentations to potential customers. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Sales and Marketing of all KROHNE products (Flow meters, Level measuring instruments, Pressure and Temperature measuring instruments etc). He will have to guide and support our field sales engineers located in branches all over India. Also he will need to interact directly with end customers, Consultants and Contractors for selling these products. Well-organized & self-starter person with following skills, is required Team Player Good Technical and commercial knowledge to sell above products Good at verbal and written communication and conduct presentation Ready to travel all over India Goals: Guide and support branch sales engineers for selling KROHNE products as listed above Achieve Sales targets Product presentations to customers Handle techno-commercial discussions with Customers, Consultants and Contractors Participate in Government tender enquiries Interaction with KROHNE factories located in Germany, The Netherlands, France, UK and China Conduct training programs for customers and filed sales engineers Circulate application reports, success stories to customers/Field sales engineers Technical Skills and Competencies: Basic knowledge of Sales and Marketing Good in verbal and written communication Should know Power point, Excel & Word Willing to travel all over India Team Player Customer relationship management Experience: 4-8 years Education: B.E. As an Industrial Mechanical Engineer - Technology, you will be required to have a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed Polytechnic along with 5 to 7 years of experience in plant/machines construction. It is crucial for you to be able to read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, schematics, layouts/P&I diagrams, and technical documentation. Practical knowledge of measurement instruments is a must, preferably with a background in Mechanical from the machine building and/or instrumentation field. Being self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team, and having the assertiveness to work under pressure and think creatively are key attributes for this role. Your job responsibilities will involve executing refurbishment of calibration rigs worldwide, working closely with electricians, assembling mechanical components in calibration rigs, and ensuring their proper function and fit. You will be tasked with setting up and adjusting rigs and measuring equipment, aligning high-precision calibration scales, performing machine repairs and maintenance, and welding pipe sections. Adhering to a strict work schedule and being open to working overtime when necessary are also expected in this role. Furthermore, having global exposure in interacting with clients from different nationalities is considered an added advantage. Cross-Functional Leadership ? Collaborate with R&D, design, sourcing, manufacturing, quality, service, and marketing teams. ? Align cross-functional stakeholders to deliver on product specifications, regulatory standards, and customer requirements. ? Drive supplier and vendor engagement during development and ramp-up. ? Product Development & Validation ? Ensure DFMA (Design for Manufacturing & Assembly) and DFX principles are integrated early in the design stage. ? Oversee prototyping, pilot builds, and validation testing (performance, reliability, regulatory compliance). ? Lead issue tracking and resolution during EVT, DVT, and PVT phases. ? Operational Readiness ? Establish production readiness with manufacturing teams, including process validation, line setup, and yield improvement. ? Drive cost optimization through value engineering and supplier development. ? Ensure smooth handover to operations post-launch. ? Continuous Improvement ? Develop and refine NPI processes, tools, and best practices tailored for consumer appliance development. ? Track post-launch performance (quality, service feedback, cost metrics) and drive iterative improvements. Key Skills & Competencies:- ? Strong program management skills with ability to handle multiple concurrent projects. ? Deep understanding of appliance product development, preferably in water purifiers / home appliances / consumer electronics. ? Knowledge of plastic parts, filtration technologies, electronics integration, pumps/valves, and assembly processes. ? Hands-on experience in DFMA, validation testing, regulatory certifications (ROHS, ISI, BIS, NSF, etc.). ? Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities. ?
