Ensuring customer specifications are met, provide technical and application support for customer inquiries. Coordinate with internal partners and customers to support the resolution of customer, finance, quality, billing, and other order related issues. Submit customers' required documents timely through ERP system. For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor’s Engineering degree in Mechanical or Equivalent in Project Management, Business, or related field. Minimum 5 years’ experience in a project manager role within the industrial space, valves industry. Effective communication, negotiation, and influencing skills. Self-starting and action oriented. Ability to comprehend technical details/technical literacy. Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
