As the incumbent, you will be responsible for maintaining efficient operations while upholding safety standards within the organization. Your role will also involve shaping and reinforcing the desired organizational culture and upholding Decathlon's vision and values through your daily actions. Furthermore, you will need to ensure fairness and transparency in all actions, fostering an environment where each individual is supported and valued.
