We are seeking an experienced Gold Melting Process Expert (Kharigar Role) with at least 2 years of experience in the Gold Industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in the old gold melting process, gold separation from studded gold, and assessments. Responsibilities: Perform the Gold melting and separation process to obtain the maximum yield Operate machines and equipment to melt/refine gold Assess gold purity and determine impurities/foreign elements Detect and analyze flaws in the gold Regularly monitor melting temperature, chemical composition of gold, cooling cycle, etc. Responsible for identifying the correct metals based on their quality Responsible for providing feedback to management on the gold process Supervise and mentor junior staff on the gold melting process Requirements: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience Expertise in gold melting process, separation process, assessment process Detailed knowledge of gold characteristics Knowledge of safety and quality standards Ability to work under pressure Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Proficient in use of computers for data entry, report generation, etc. Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location: In person
