The DevOps engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform suite, including Power Apps, Power Automate, AI Builder, and CoPilot studio. You ensure that the products and platforms are usable by target users as per agreed service levels, in collaboration with other teams and stakeholders. By combining DevOps principles with service management processes, you proactively contribute to realizing the operations performance targets and enabling uninterrupted business operations. Your deep knowledge and hands-on experience with low-code concepts and patterns will enable you to create scalable, robust, and efficient solutions aligned with business objectives. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams ensures successful project delivery. The mission is to empower businesses through cutting-edge Low-Code Automation and data-driven solutions, streamlining processes, increasing operational efficiency, and driving growth. This position requires robust technical capabilities, team spirit, and a customer-centric mindset. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement custom solutions using Power Platform and its tools (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate, CoPilot studio, Dataverse, AI Builder, etc.) - Automate workflows and business processes - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions - Stay updated with the latest Power Platform features and trends, such as leveraging AI opportunities - Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services and third-party applications - Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and secure - Provide technical support and training to users - Apply Power Apps with an in-depth understanding of customization, configuration, integration, and extensibility - Assist in collecting and identifying functional requirements - Address security vulnerabilities and fix technical issues - Guide teams effectively in using the Microsoft Power Platform - Keep abreast of new technologies, industry standards, best practices, and trends - Integrate external APIs with Power Platform for secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions - Identify areas where Power Platform and Microsoft 365 can be leveraged for process improvement - Contribute across all phases of the software development life cycle - Leverage Azure services and serverless solutions to extend Power Platform capabilities - Craft Power Apps and Power Platform solutions with the ability to impart knowledge to developers and citizen developers Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent education - Minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise automation and low-code/no-code platforms as a developer - Strong development experience on Power Platforms (Power Apps, Power Automate) - Experience with Dataverse, data connectors, and APIs - Knowledge of additional programming languages like Python, C#, and .NET framework - Certification on Power Platform and Microsoft Cloud technologies - Experience with Azure services such as ACS, serverless computing, and integration patterns - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Strong communication and collaboration abilities - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies - Experience with backlog management tools like JIRA - Familiarity with agile and DevOps ways of working - Strong team player with a focus on continuous improvement - Deep interest in automation solution technology and productivity gain - Excellent verbal and written communication in English Certifications on Power Platform and Microsoft Cloud technologies will be seen as an advantage.
