BlitzenX is looking for a strategic Senior Director to lead the Guidewire Go-To-Market (GTM) Delivery Team. As the Senior Director, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end execution across technical onboarding, early delivery, and strategic account growth for new Guidewire clients. You will lead a cross-functional GTM pod consisting of a Project Manager, Technical Leads, a Senior Business Architect, and QA Engineers, acting as the anchor point for early-stage delivery and long-term revenue expansion. This role is ideal for senior professionals with a unique blend of technical expertise, sales intuition, and operational rigor. You will be responsible for defining and scaling a GTM playbook, leading the onboarding and mobilization of new Guidewire accounts, building a network of stakeholders, and driving joint account planning and demand generation activities. Additionally, you will work closely with Sales, Practice Leadership, and Client Partners to grow each new client account and identify opportunities for cross-sell and upsell. As the Senior Director, you will also be responsible for owning full cycle delivery, team formation and enablement, technical and operational excellence, stakeholder engagement, reporting, talent development, and operational KPIs. Required qualifications include technical mastery in Guidewire, sales acumen, leadership skills, and operational aptitude. This role offers full ownership to lead GTM delivery and growth for new clients, end-to-end ownership of the GTM lifecycle for Guidewire, high visibility across various departments, and the opportunity to influence the future of the Guidewire practice at BlitzenX.
