Role Overview You will be the P&L owner and growth architect for your city—driving sales across B2B (ESG Platform), Mom Store, and Impact Store , while building a co-owned community of moms, partners, and local ambassadors. This role blends enterprise sales, marketplace growth, community leadership, and operations . Your First 90 Days It’s a Saturday morning at your branch. A circle of moms is swapping wins: one’s bill payments funded a gold SIP , another’s child just received an overseas admit via Mom Store, and a corporate HR partner shares how your program logged Scope-3 impact —with staff redeeming from the Impact Store’s sustainable brands. Your branch isn’t just a counter—it’s a community hub . You built it. Key Responsibilities 1) P&L & Multi-Line Growth Own branch revenue, contribution margin, and impact KPIs across B2B, Mom Store, and Impact Store. Build and execute quarterly growth plans —pricing, promotions, local partnerships, and demand gen. 2) B2B – ESG & Rewards Platform Acquire and grow corporate/institutional accounts; sell ESG-linked rewards & Scope-3 reporting. Run impact campaigns with HR/ESG teams; drive SaaS MRR, activation, and expansions . 3) Mom Store – Admissions, Loans, Insurance, Housing, Memberships Build city partnerships (universities, NBFCs, insurers, real-estate, travel & service partners). Deliver targets on admission conversions , loan disbursals , policy issuance , housing referrals , and paid memberships . Ensure seamless journeys with central ops, with clear SLAs and NPS ownership. 4) Impact Store – Sustainable Commerce Onboard and scale sustainable D2C/retail brands ; launch city-specific campaigns. Grow GMV, take-rates, repeat purchase , and carbon-tagged transactions (where available). 5) Community & Brand Building Onboard Founding Moms, Chapter Owners, and Local Ambassadors ; run monthly mom circles on money, careers, and climate. Convert community energy into referrals, memberships, and partner demand . 6) Team & Culture Hire and lead a sales + partnerships + customer success pod. Set KPIs, run weekly pipeline/priorities, and coach for consistent execution. 7) Compliance & Customer Trust Uphold KYC/AML, data privacy, fair-sales practices, and brand guidelines. Resolve escalations with empathy and close-loop learning. KPIs You’ll Own Revenue & Margin: Branch P&L, SaaS MRR (B2B), GMV & take-rates (Mom Store & Impact Store) Sales: Admissions conversions, loan disbursals, insurance policies, housing referrals, membership sales Community: # Founding Moms, # Chapter Owners, event attendance, referrals, NPS Impact: % transactions with impact tags, indicative CO₂e avoided (platform-reported), gold rewards penetration Ideal Candidate – Mom & Community Builder Community first: You’ve grown women/parent communities (PTAs, SHGs, WhatsApp/Telegram groups, local clubs) and can turn that trust into memberships and referrals . Sales-driven operator: Comfortable owning pipeline and P&L across enterprise + consumer funnels. Partnership pro: Strong at institution/corporate selling and marketplace partner onboarding. Storyteller: Can translate gold rewards, savings, and impact metrics into simple, inspiring stories. Empathy for moms: Lived experience as a mother or primary caregiver is a strong plus; you understand time, safety, and savings priorities. Data-savvy & hands-on: You work dashboards, funnels, and weekly GTM rituals with ease. Language: Local language + English (additional regional languages are a plus).
