Role Overview: Decklar, a Silicon Valley-headquartered company, is seeking a Solutions Partner to join their team in Ahmedabad. As a Value Engineer, you will play a critical role in transforming customer challenges into scalable, AI-powered solutions. You will collaborate with various teams to prototype and deliver impactful solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. This is a technical and customer-facing position that requires a unique blend of AI fluency, creativity, and business acumen. Key Responsibilities: - Understand customers' business, current KPIs, and processes to identify opportunities for automation and new operational metrics related to shipment and asset monitoring. - Create synthetic data to develop mockups and AI-driven solution frameworks, facilitating customer buy-in through workshops, proposal development, ROI assessments, and demonstrations. - Script, automate, and visualize data to communicate compelling stories to technical and business audiences. - Collaborate with solution and platform engineering teams to translate solution frameworks into deployable solutions using existing templates and apps. - Enhance platform functionality by providing new use cases and business context to the product roadmap, and develop solution wireframes and visuals to improve user experience. - Provide post-deployment solution support, address support tickets, and build internal tools to monitor and enhance customer solution health. Qualifications Required: - BS or MS in fields such as Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Logistics & Transportation Management, Applied Statistics, or Manufacturing Systems Engineering. - Authorization to work in the US or India. - 14 years of hands-on experience or project work in areas like supply chain operations, logistics optimization, manufacturing analytics, or data visualization. - Exposure to real-world problem-solving using data, AI, or digital tools is highly valued. - Proficiency in tools like Figma, Power BI, Advanced Excel, scripting, and advanced prompt development for LLMs, as well as a curiosity about how technology transforms physical operations, are essential for this role.
