Job Title: Senior Consultant - Customer Value Consultant (Data Analyst) Location: Bangalore / Noida Experience Required: 5 to 8 years Notice Period: Immediate to 45 days maximum Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Customer Value Consultant (Data Analyst) to join our Digital Experience Cloud team. This role is critical in driving strategic insights and value realization for our Ultimate Success customers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver consultative, data-driven value assessments and influence key business decisions. Key Responsibilities: Proactively lead value confirmation engagements for high-value customers using data-driven insights. Translate complex datasets into compelling, actionable recommendations and ROI/value models . Conduct consultative workshops and discovery sessions with internal stakeholders. Support the development and evolution of reporting frameworks, dashboards, and digital tools. Work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Technical Account Managers, Sales, and Value Innovation teams to align business outcomes with Adobe solutions. Present findings and recommendations via persuasive PowerPoint presentations and executive-level storytelling . Required Skills & Experience: 5 to 8 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or Value Engineer , preferably in a SaaS, media, or professional services environment. Strong analytical background with hands-on experience in evaluating marketing campaigns, software performance, ROI, ROAS, conversion analysis , etc. Proven ability to derive and present insights from data using dashboards, reports, and visual storytelling. Expertise in MS PowerPoint and Excel ; experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) is a plus. Exceptional critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills . Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment . Preferred Qualifications: Background in customer value consulting, performance marketing analytics, or strategic consulting . Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud products is a strong plus.
