Must have skills : SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP COPA (Controlling - Profitability Analysis) Consultant to join our SAP delivery team. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in Profitability Analysis (both Account-Based and Costing-Based), financial reporting, and integration with other SAP modules. This role will be responsible for understanding business needs, designing effective solutions, and supporting the implementation and optimization of COPA processes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Configure and support SAP COPA (Account-Based and/or Costing-Based) scenarios aligned with business processes. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand profitability and costing requirements and deliver solutions accordingly. - Develop and enhance COPA reports, derivation rules, value fields, and assessments. - Work closely with FI/CO, SD, and MM teams for seamless data flow and integration. - Perform data validation, reconciliation, and profitability analysis. - Support month-end and quarter-end financial reporting processes. - Assist in unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and production deployment. - Troubleshoot issues and provide post-go-live support for COPA-related activities. - Prepare detailed documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer sessions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP COPA (Controlling - Profitability Analysis). - Strong understanding of FI/CO module integration and reporting structures. - Experience in COPA report painter/form painter, value fields, characteristics, and assessment cycles. - Exposure to S/4HANA Margin Analysis is a plus. - Proficient in profitability segment configuration and user exit enhancements. - Ability to analyze financial data for business insights and recommendations. - Good communication skills and stakeholder engagement capabilities. - SAP Certification in FI/CO or related field is an advantage Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP COPA. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
