This role is critical in driving strategic insights and value realization for our Ultimate Success customers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver consultative, data-driven value assessments and influence key business decisions. Key Responsibilities: Proactively lead value confirmation engagements for high-value customers using data-driven insights. Translate complex datasets into compelling, actionable recommendations and ROI/value models . Conduct consultative workshops and discovery sessions with internal stakeholders. Support the development and evolution of reporting frameworks, dashboards, and digital tools. Work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Technical Account Managers, Sales, and Value Innovation teams to align business outcomes with Adobe solutions. Present findings and recommendations via persuasive PowerPoint presentations and executive-level storytelling . Required Skills & Experience: 5 to 8 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or Value Engineer , preferably in a SaaS, media, or professional services environment. Strong analytical background with hands-on experience in evaluating marketing campaigns, software performance, ROI, ROAS, conversion analysis , etc. Proven ability to derive and present insights from data using dashboards, reports, and visual storytelling. Expertise in MS PowerPoint and Excel ; experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) is a plus. Exceptional critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills . Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment . Preferred Qualifications: Background in customer value consulting, performance marketing analytics, or strategic consulting . Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud products is a strong plus.
