SucSEED Indovation Fund is an early-stage focused SEBI Registered Cat-1 Fund with a corpus of INR 300Cr and over 60 portfolio companies across various sectors. The organization has also launched a Growth Fund at GIFT City under the IFSCA regime. As a Founders Office Executive - Financial & Program Management at SucSEED, you will be responsible for supporting the two funds (SEBI Regulated and IFSCA regulated) by utilizing your excellent Finance & Accounting skills. Working closely with the CFO, Compliance Officer, and Partners of the Fund, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of financial operations. This role will require you to work from the Hyderabad office with periodic visits to the office at GIFT City or to the locations of the portfolio companies. Your key responsibilities will include working on IFSCA documentation, regulatory reporting, coordination & compliance, custody account coordination, fund accounting, financial reporting, fund governance, and reconciliation. You will also be involved in financial analysis & strategy, legal DD coordination, entity & financial DD coordination, and valuation exercise coordination. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 1-3 years of prior experience in a finance or fund accounting role with a SEBI registered AIF/fund manager, portfolio manager, investment advisor, or research analyst entity in the financial services sector. A background in CA/CS/BCom/BBA or being a member of ICSI along with a CA qualification is preferred. Additionally, experience in the financial services sector, working with internal and external stakeholders, and strong communication skills in English and Hindi are desired. Moreover, you will be involved in business research activities, including tracking relevant sectors and key industry participants, compiling and analyzing statistical data, performing market research, providing competitive analysis, and preparing industry research reports and advisory notes. You will assist in the preparation of industry reports, news articles, research papers, and other research-related tasks as required for the Deal Management Team. Overall, the Senior Analyst/Associate role requires a proactive individual with a strong foundation in finance, business research, and deal management, who can effectively contribute to the company's investment objectives and strategic growth initiatives.,
