Your responsibilities include: - Conducting credit appraisal within defined turnaround times while ensuring strict adherence to internal credit policies, regulatory compliance, and risk management frameworks. - Collaborating with sales, operations, and legal teams to facilitate smooth loan processing and disbursement. - Monitoring portfolio quality by tracking early delinquencies, underwriting trends, and market risks. - Performing periodic property verification, valuation checks, and legal document reviews. - Providing guidance to sales teams on policy norms and acceptable risk parameters. - Ensuring timely reporting and management information system (MIS) on approvals, rejections, and portfolio performance. - Contributing to policy formulation and continuous improvement of the credit process.
