As an Investment Banking Manager in the Technology Lead Advisory practice at our consulting MNC, you will play a pivotal role in leading and executing complex M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory transactions for our clients in the technology sector. Working closely with senior leadership and clients, you will deliver high-impact financial solutions by leveraging your deep understanding of both investment banking and the technology landscape. Experience in investment banking, corporate finance, M&A, or transaction advisory, preferably with exposure to the technology sector, will be highly valued. Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills, along with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities, are essential.
