Responsibilities Identify and cultivate relationships with educational institutions and corporate clients to promote our E-Learning/Digital Learning solutions. Conduct in-depth market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape within the Edtech industry. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align offerings with client needs and feedback. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure long-term partnerships. Provide ongoing support and training to clients to ensure successful adoption and utilization of our E-Learning solutions. Qualifications Bachelor's /Master's degree in business, Education, or a related field. A minimum of 15 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the Edtech or E-Learning/Digital Learning sector. Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close sales effectively. Strong understanding of the education technology landscape and trends. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly. Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools to manage client relationships and sales pipeline. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Guide positioning of VALTEP solutions in alignment with national and state-level educational missions (e.g., NEP 2020, skilling initiatives). Support in representing VALTEP at academic councils, government panels, and high-profile events. Offer insights on institutional challenges and opportunities to ensure product relevance and adoption. Mentor and advise the sales, product, and leadership teams on stakeholder engagement and policy navigation. Requirements Former Vice Chancellor, Pro Vice Chancellor, Director of Higher Education, or senior bureaucrat (Secretary / Additional Secretary / Commissioner / equivalent) with a proven track record in education, policy, or administration. Minimum 15 years of leadership experience in academia or public administration. Strong understanding of higher education reforms, digital learning initiatives, and the role of technology in education transformation. Established network of relationships with universities, policymakers, accreditation agencies, and skill development bodies. Ability to influence and open doors at senior levels of academia, government, and corporate stakeholders. Excellent communication, advocacy, and advisory skills.
