Key Responsibilities : For Bench Sales : Market bench consultants (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, EAD, US Citizens) to various clients and vendors. Identify potential requirements via job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, and vendor networks. Develop relationships with Tier-1 vendors and direct clients. Negotiate rates and close positions in a timely manner. Maintain consultant relationships and ensure regular updates and submissions. For Technical Recruiter : Source candidates from various platforms including Dice, Monster, Indeed, and LinkedIn. Screen resumes and interview candidates to assess skills and fit. Submit qualified candidates to clients and follow up on interview processes. Coordinate interviews and negotiate offers with candidates. Maintain ATS and database with updated candidate information. Requirements : Any Bachelor's Degree (Preferably in Computer Science, Business, or related field). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to dynamic requirements.
