Key Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Market Research & Analysis Identify potential markets, customer segments (dairy farms, cattle ranchers, feed distributors). Analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, pricing, and customer needs. Monitor demand and usage trends of different feed types (e.g., dairy cattle, beef cattle, calves). 2. Sales & Revenue Growth Set and achieve sales targets for assigned regions or products. Develop and execute sales strategies to increase product adoption. Identify and approach new clients e.g., large farms, cooperatives, veterinary networks. 3. Client Relationship Management Maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Provide technical support and advice regarding feed selection and nutrition. Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support. 4. Product Promotion & Branding Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns, field demos, and exhibitions. Educate farmers and dealers about the benefits and usage of different cattle feed products. Represent the company at trade shows, farmer meetings, and industry events. 5. Dealer/Distributor Management Appoint and manage dealers or distributors in different geographies. Provide training and support to improve dealer sales effectiveness. Monitor distributor performance and resolve logistical or supply issues.
