As a Software Developer at our company, you will collaborate with client developers & off-shore developers to deliver project tasks efficiently. Your responsibilities will include analyzing system domain and client requirements, creating and maintaining a robust system to support business operations with a focus on usability, and ensuring the completion of necessary milestones within the constraints of planned projects. You should possess very strong knowledge in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Core Java, along with hands-on experience in JavaEE and Springboot. Experience in technologies such as Spring, Spring Security, Hibernate, JPA, and Restful services is required. Additionally, familiarity with web technologies like jQuery, Angular, React, Validation Engine, JSON, GSON, Ajax, CSS, and HTML5 is essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent debugging and problem-solving skills, along with a good understanding of Oracle, Postgres, MySQL, and MSSQL Server databases. Knowledge of Microservices Architecture & Design Principles, build tools like Maven or Gradle, application security fundamentals, performance tuning, scalability, and code versioning tools such as Git, SVN, and TFS is crucial. It is desirable for candidates to have knowledge and command over big data technologies like Apache Hadoop, Apache Spark, and AWS EMR. Proficiency in front-end JS frameworks like ReactJS and Angular, as well as knowledge of search engines such as Apache Solr, Elasticsearch, and AWS OpenSearch, are considered advantageous. Familiarity with cloud platforms is also a plus. To excel in this role, you must demonstrate a proactive nature of working with ownership, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
