We’re looking for a smart and structured Business Analyst with experience in Endur (especially natural gas scheduling, nominations, imbalances, and risk modules). This is a part-time, flexible remote role supporting a U.S.-based Endur BA contractor. Responsibilities: - Interpret Endur functional topics from calls/notes and break them down clearly - Create simple SOPs and config impact maps (1–2 pages) - Research error codes, scripting issues, config options - Build explainers for workflows in nominations/scheduling/risk - Occasionally record 5–10 minute Loom-style videos to teach concepts Ideal Background: - 2–4 years experience in Endur BA/support/config roles - Exposure to gas and/or power workflows in Endur - Fluent in English + technical writing - Able to use ChatGPT or other tools to speed up learning - Bonus: prior experience working with U.S. energy clients or in vendor settings Timing: Flexible, part-time with syncs in IST morning or late evening.
