Senior Tele Sales Executive

Responsible for: 1. Work on inquiry from various sources like indiamart, trade india, website etc. 2. Need to do Tele sales and achieve sales targets. 3. Need to maintain proper MIS / Record/ Data regarding same using Office and Software. 4. Creating a databank through data mining on customer base and details from the industry. 5. Use of Company ERP/ Manage MIS to take all data in to system. 6. Generating sales leads through google search, tele calling and follow up on the same for closure. 7. Achieving revenue targets as assigned. 8. Generating sales through inquiries received from India Mart and other online market places. 9. Preparing price quotations for the prospects and conduct follow up with them for sales closure. 10. Preparing a sales job order and coordinating with the production team for prioritizing and processing the orders received. 11. Regular co-ordination with the departments involving production and assembly. 12. Follow up with clients for timely collection of payments / before due dates. 13. Coordinating with Finance/ Accounts for payments clearance/ receipt of clients. 14. Preparing invoice for all the sales orders and dispatch the same to the client and send the same to logistics for dispatch. 15. Follow up on dispatch status of the clients’ orders with the concerned team members. 16. Maintaining customer satisfaction and getting their queries and complaints resolved effectively within timelines in coordination with Service Department. 17. Preparing the lead MIS, sales pipeline report and the sales performance report timely. Requisite Skills: 1. Strong understanding of our products, our competition in the industry and positioning 2. Sales Pressure handling skills 3. Analytical skills 4. Interpersonal Skills 5. People Skills Desired Skills: 1. Selling Skills 2. Good Verbal & Written communication. 3. Proactive. 4. Negotiation skills.
