Now, we’re looking for a Senior Tech Lead who is not only technically sound but also passionate about building smart, future-ready solutions. What You’ll Do : Lead the architecture and development of intelligent systems using Python as the primary backend language. Design and deploy Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP) , and AI -based modules for real-world use cases. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable APIs and efficient backend infrastructure. Contributing on the frontend side when needed – a working knowledge of modern frameworks like React.js or Vue.js is a huge plus. Drive code quality, performance improvements, and mentor junior developers. Work closely with product and design teams to bring ideas to life. Must-Have Skills: 7–10 years of software development experience. Deep hands-on expertise in Python , including frameworks like FastAPI, Django, or Flask . Solid understanding of AI/ML , with practical experience in NLP (transformers, embeddings, LLMs, etc.). Working knowledge of frontend technologies – HTML/CSS, JavaScript, React.js or Vue.js . Familiarity with RESTful APIs, database design (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud deployments (AWS/GCP/Azure). Strong problem-solving skills and a product-first mindset. Requirements Good-to-Have: Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Cohere, Bedrock, etc.) Exposure to MLOps , LangChain , or vector databases like Pinecone, FAISS . Prior startup or product-based company experience.
