People need a stage where they are heard." We are a youth-led initiative dedicated to democratising public speaking, debate, and Model United Nations (MUNs). Our mission is to make these empowering platforms accessible to every student, especially those from under-resourced backgrounds, including government schools, NGOs, and orphanages. At Vaktavya, we believe the ability to express is not a privilege—it’s a right. Role Description We are looking for a dynamic, driven Program Coordinator to help manage the Vaktavya Summer Workshop Program . This is a remote, part-time internship ideal for a high school student who wants to gain real-world experience in event coordination and social impact work. Duration : 1 week (starting immediately) Location : Remote (Candidates based in Gurugram preferred ) This shall be an Unpaid Role. Responsibilities Manage participant registrations using Google Forms & Sheets Create and maintain WhatsApp groups for workshop communication Handle email communications and provide timely responses Assist in organising the day-to-day operations of the workshop Coordinate with mentors, facilitators, and other stakeholders Ensure smooth execution of the overall program Qualifications High school student (preferred) Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Organised, proactive, and good at multitasking Comfortable with Google Workspace (Forms, Sheets, Docs) A team player who can also work independently Passionate about youth empowerment, education, or public speaking What You'll Get 🌟 A Certificate of Appreciation ✍️ A Letter of Recommendation (upon successful completion) 💼 Real-world experience in leadership, event management, and social impact 🌐 A chance to be part of a mission-driven team creating change for underserved youth Calling all passionate, action-taking teenagers—if this sounds like you, apply now and be part of something meaningful.
