Job Summary: The Post-Sales CRM Executive will be responsible for managing the entire customer relationship after booking, ensuring a smooth journey for homebuyers throughout the construction project lifecycle — from documentation and payment follow-ups up to property handover. The role demands excellent coordination with internal departments and proactive customer engagement to deliver a high-quality client experience. Key Responsibilities: Act as the single point of contact for customers after booking. Manage welcome calls/emails and onboarding of newly booked customers. Ensure timely issuance of booking forms, allotment letters, and agreements for sale. Coordinate with finance team for payment collections and track customer payment schedules. Assist customers with loan documentation, bank coordination, and approvals. Provide regular updates to customers on project construction status, milestones, and possession timelines. Track customer issues/complaints and ensure resolution by coordinating with the concerned teams. Organize site visits, possession formalities, and property registration processes. Maintain CRM records and generate periodic reports on payment status, pending documents, and customer satisfaction. Ensure customer delight through constant follow-up and relationship management until handover and beyond (e.g., warranty period, maintenance queries).
