The ideal candidate will have a understanding of sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Prior experience in textile, apparel, or uniform sales is a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities: 1) Client Acquisition : a) Identify and approach potential clients such as schools, colleges, corporates, hospitals, and security agencies. b) Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through cold calls, site visits, networking, and referrals. 2) Business Development: a) Understand client requirements and present uniform solutions. b) Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product samples. 3) Relationship Management: a) Act as a point of contact for client queries and resolve issues effectively. 4) Coordination & Follow-Up: a) Coordinate with the design, production, and delivery teams to ensure order fulfilment. 5) Market Intelligence: a) Stay updated with industry trends, pricing, competitor activities, and client preferences. b) Provide regular feedback to management for product development and business strategy. Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline (Preference: BBA / B.Com / Marketing) 1+ years of experience in sales, experience in apparel/uniforms/garments will be advantageous. Strong selling, and communication skills Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive Proficiency in MS Office, and basic reporting Must be willing to travel in and outside Pune
