Role Overview We’re seeking a Site Engineer (Electrical) to manage on‑site execution of EHV line & GSS construction. You’ll lead technical teams, coordinate with clients and contractors, and ensure projects finish safely, on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities Supervise installation, sequencing & commissioning of 132 kV+ transmission lines and grid substations Lead and mentor site crews; provide hands‑on technical guidance Coordinate with clients, subcontractors and other stakeholders Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with statutory & company standards Manage materials, equipment deployment and optimal resource utilization Prepare MIS reports, technical layouts and maintain project documentation in MS Office Required Qualifications & Skills B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering Minimum 5 years’ experience in EHV GSS & line construction (132 kV & above) Proficient in electrical layout/drawing tools and MS Office Strong leadership, project management and cost‑control abilities Excellent communication and client‑coordination skills What We Offer CTC: ₹30 KPM (negotiable for deserving candidates) Exposure to high‑impact power projects and career‑growth opportunities
