Role Description Job Opportunity: Project Manager - Civil (Full-Time On-Site) We are seeking a Project Manager for our civil construction projects based in Nashik-Igatpuri. This full-time position involves overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. Key Responsibilities:- - Plan, coordinate, and supervise all construction activities. - Manage project budgets and timelines effectively. - Ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations. - Collaborate with various stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and contractors. Candidate Requirements: - - A minimum of 10 years of experience in civil construction. - Willing to relocate to Igatpuri and stay close to the project site. - Strong knowledge and experience in finishing items. - Experience managing projects independently is preferred. - Prior experience working with corporate clients is an advantage. - Salary range: based on experience and capabilities.
