Role Overview As a Business Development Associate (BDA), you will be the face of VAHN in your city. Your primary role is to meet fleet owners, understand their operations, explain VAHN simply, and help them digitally onboard their trucks. This is not a typical telesales role its a field + consultative sales position where you work directly with transporters, drivers, and fuel stations. Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Generation & Field Outreach Visit transport hubs, logistics clusters, fuel stations & fleet owners. Identify potential users who can benefit from VAHN. 2. Product Demonstration Explain VAHNs value proposition in simple, regional language. Demonstrate trip creation, fuel card top-up, FASTag recharge, driver payouts. Show features like automated Trip Sheets, Trip P&L, and Fuel Desk. 3. Customer Onboarding Guide fleet owners through the complete onboarding flow 4. Relationship Building Build trust with transporters, fleet managers, drivers, and fuel station partners. Become their go-to support for their first few trips inside VAHN. 5. Achieve Sales Targets Drive adoption across the assigned region. Ensure successful completion of first trips for new customers. Skills & Qualities We’re Looking For Must-Have Strong communication + local language fluency (English,Hindi + regional) Good smartphone/app comfort Confidence to speak to senior business owners Field-readiness (travel within the city) Patience, empathy, and high customer orientation Detail-oriented (critical for KYC, bank and RC verification) Good to Have Interest in logistics, trucking, or fintechInternship/experience in sales, field work, or customer-facing roles Educational Qualification Any graduate (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, BA, B.Tech, Diploma trainees)Students with strong people skills and field aptitude preferred Career Growth at VAHN We deeply invest in our sales team.
