Position: Head of Partnerships 📍Location: Hybrid - Guwahati Type: Full-Time | Reports to: Founder About Vaeral Vaeral is a ORM First digital agency that blends cultural insight, meme fluency, and on-ground energy to help brands stay relevant and real. We’re not just another agency — we’re a movement. The VIBE: Are you on a 400-day Reddit streak and low-key dying to brag about your latest karma flex? Do you speak fluent r/AskMarketing in the morning and switch to r/Entrepreneur by lunch? Can you spot a repost from 2017 at ten paces and still craft a comment that gets gilded? If you know how the Reddit game is played, how to shape-shift tone for different personas, and how to write posts that summon saves, upvotes, and real conversations, we’re looking for you. What you will do: Write scroll-stopping threads, comments, and replies that feel native to each subreddit Switch tones on command: snarky, nerdy, wholesome, founder-ish, analyst, you name it Research subcultures and map “what flies” vs “what flops” for priority communities Build content calendars aligned to campaign goals, launches, and trending topics Title magic: craft curiosity gaps without clickbait and format posts for readability Review and QA drafts from other writers; give punchy, actionable feedback Engage authentically in threads to grow reputation and drive quality discussion Track performance (saves, comments, dwell, CTR) and turn insights into next-round tests Maintain spotless compliance with subreddit rules and Reddit’s Content Policy What you'll bring: A lived-in Reddit brain: you know flair etiquette, cross-post culture, and mod dynamics Portfolio of top-performing posts or comments (bonus if multi-sub, multi-tone) Editorial range: you can write like a founder, a customer, a curious lurker, or a data geek Research chops and taste: you can sniff what a community actually cares about Comfort with light analytics and experimentation frameworks Calm under feedback, quick with revisions, generous with collaboration Nice to have: Prior mod or community management experience Familiarity with UTM basics, link hygiene, and campaign reporting Comfort working in shared docs/boards for briefs, drafts, and approvals How we will measure success: Quality discussion over vanity metrics Subreddit rule adherence and mod rapport Repeat engagement from the same communities Clear, data-backed learning each sprint Perks: Creative freedom with a team that loves great internet writing Flexible hours, async-friendly workflows Room to experiment, fail fast, and double down on what works How to apply: Send: 3 links to Reddit posts or comment chains you wrote (or would have written—include mockups) A one-paragraph breakdown of why each piece worked for that community A 5-post mini-calendar for two different subreddits of your choice One thread written in three distinct personas Operations note (read me) To run campaigns smoothly and securely, you’ll work from company-managed Reddit accounts configured on your computer. We will provide the accounts and secure proxies; setup is handled through our standard security process. You’ll operate these accounts solely for assigned projects, keep them separate from personal accounts, and follow our code of conduct, Reddit’s Terms of Service, and all applicable laws and community rules at all times. Think of this role as the mission lead: you’ll quietly coordinate and execute the strategy we share, keep activity compliant and consistent, and surface insights to the team. All heads together, marching toward excellence—smart, ethical, and community-first.
