Roles and Responsibility: Conjugation Process Development Execute chemical conjugation experiments for polysaccharideprotein and other vaccine platforms. Support optimization of reaction parameters (e.g., molar ratios, pH, buffers, coupling agents). Perform quenching, purification, and yield improvement studies. Downstream Processing (DSP) Operate and optimize purification techniques (UF/DF, chromatography, precipitation, filtration). Support scale-up studies from bench to pilot level. Ensure consistency in product yield, recovery, and purity. Analytical & Characterization Support Collaborate with analytical development team for in-process testing and characterization. Documentation & Compliance Maintain detailed experiment records, data integrity, and lab notebooks. Support in preparation of technical reports, SOPs, and batch manufacturing records. Ensure compliance of internal quality standards. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with upstream, formulation, analytical, and quality teams for seamless project execution.
