Qualification: B.Arch / B.Des (Architecture or Design background) Excellent English communication skills (mandatory) Experience in marketing will be an added advantage Key Responsibilities 1. Client Coordination & Communication Schedule appointments with clients for in-person meetings or online sessions (Google Meet). Organize client visits to the workshop, provide guided tours, and explain furniture details. Share catalogues, quotations, and design drawings based on client requirements. Maintain regular client communication through email and phone calls regarding advance payments, settlements, addresses, material procurement, and other invoice-related details. Serve as the point of contact for production operations in the absence of the Process Manager. 4. Team Coordination & Supervision Assign tasks and drawings to designers while monitoring their performance. Collaborate with designers to resolve project-specific challenges and improve manufacturability. Guide interns and designers by providing regular follow-ups and feedback.
