Your role will involve utilizing your judgment, independent analysis, and deep technical knowledge within defined policies to achieve desired client outcomes. Moreover, you will have the opportunity to coach and mentor junior team members across functions. In this position, you will focus on two or more technology domains such as Cloud, Security, Networking, Applications, and Collaboration. Additionally, you may contribute to project work when necessary. Your responsibilities will include in-depth troubleshooting, backup and restore policy implementation, monitoring, scripting for automation, collaboration with clients, team management, server hardware maintenance, log interpretation for root cause analysis, Linux server management in virtualized environments, security policy implementation, security audits, vulnerability assessments, automation skills using scripting, access controls management, and ensuring authentication mechanisms in collaboration with clients. The Managed Services Cross Technology Engineer (L3) is responsible for managing tickets of high complexity, conducts advanced and complicated tasks, and provides resolution to a diverse range of complex problems. This position uses considerable judgment and independent analysis within defined policies and practices and applies analytical thinking and deep technical expertise in achieving client outcomes, while coaching and mentoring junior team members across functions. The Managed Services Cross Technology Engineer (L3) focusses across two or more technology domains such as (but not limited to) Cloud, Security, Networking, Applications and / or Collaboration and may also contribute to / support on project work as and when required.
